Low temperature emergency shut-off valve is a new type of LNG special safety shut-off valve developed by Shanghai Vivendi Valve Co., Ltd. according to years of research and manufacturing of LNG gasification station and supporting facilities, the introduction of advanced technology from Japan, combined with the actual situation of China's LNG gasification station. It plays an important role in the safety of LNG gasification station, ensures the normal operation of various LNG gasification stations, and effectively avoids the occurrence of major safety accidents caused by gas leakage and deflation.


When the cylinder is charged with the specified pressure, the piston rises to drive the stem to open the valve, and releases the gas in the cylinder when it is closed. Under the action of the spring, the piston drives the stem and valve disc to move downward, and the seal compresses the seat and the valve is closed.


During pneumatic operation, when the ambient temperature of the valve reaches the fusible metal melting temperature (the fusible plug of the emergency cut-off valve for low-temperature tank truck and low-temperature tank container should be melted at 75 ° C ±5 ° C), the fusible metal inside the fusible plug will melt, the working pressure in the cylinder will be automatically discharged, and the piston will drive the valve stem and valve disc downward movement under the action of the spring. The seal compresses the seat and the valve closes.


The rotating top hand wheel drives the stem and disc upward to open the valve manually.
